- How do I add
products to my basket?
It's quite easy: simply visit the showrooms and click the "Buy"
button of each item you would like to purchase. In the field next
to that button, you can indicate the amount you'd like to purchase.
- How do I remove products from my basket?
Click the delete link while you're viewing the content of your
basket (here).
- How do I know the exact total charge of my order?
The total cost of your order - packaging and posting not included
- is calculated automatically and displayed on-line. The shipping
costs will be determined based on the delivery address and the
weight of the parcel to be sent. We'll calculate these for you
and send you a confirmation e-mail in which you'll find the total
cost, packaging and posting costs included.
- I'd rather not send my credit card data over the Internet!
This web site transmits those data over a secure connection. But
if you'd rather not send your data over the Internet, that's not
a problem. Simply fill out the rest of the ordering form and send
it to us. You can send us the credit card data using another channel
(phone, fax,... - see contact page).
- You use cookies on this site. What kind of information
are you gathering?
We only use two cookies. The first keeps track of your language
choice. The second is activated when you use the shopping basket.
It only stores the items you've ordered. The cookie is destroyed
immediately after you close your browser.
- I still have problems using your shopping basket.
Please make sure your browser accepts cookies. Also try to use
a recent version of your web browser. If you experience persisting
